Replacements and Refund Policies

BEFORE YOU BUY A PLANT FROM US, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Our dedicated efforts are directed towards the meticulous selection of robust plants, accompanied by comprehensive guidance to ensure your success, encapsulated in detailed care instructions.

Post-delivery, however, we relinquish responsibility for the plant's subsequent performance. Should any indicators of distress manifest, we encourage immediate contact with us for prompt assistance.

Primarily, ensure your preparedness for the responsibilities of plant parenthood, recognizing that your plant's vitality hinges on providing optimal living conditions. While we stand ready to offer support and address inquiries, the ultimate custodian of your plant is you. Its survival is contingent upon your affectionate attention and care.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE PURCHASING PLANTS:

Plants, living and perishable entities necessitate an appropriate environment and meticulous care akin to any living organism.


Our responsibility is to meticulously select the most robust and aesthetically pleasing plants for you. We assure the health of all our plants at the point of sale, ensuring they are free from visible pests and diseases. However, once a plant is delivered, its behavior is beyond our control, and we cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent developments.


While we provide care instructions, it is crucial to recognize that these serve as guidelines. Factors such as temperature, air circulation, light exposure, and humidity in a given space will influence watering frequency and care routines. Plants typically undergo an acclimation period post-delivery and during significant seasonal shifts. It is not uncommon for lower leaves to exhibit discoloration, and some leaf shedding may occur during these transitional phases.


Exercise caution in plant placement, ensuring it is not near heat or air conditioning sources. Maintaining a consistent room temperature throughout seasons, without turning off heating or cooling systems when away or traveling, is advisable. The optimal temperature range for the well-being of nearly all plants is approximately 60°F to 75°F.

PLANTS RETURN POLICY:

  • Kindly inform us within the initial 48 hours by utilizing the return request form, and our team will facilitate the retrieval process.
  • Please be advised that a combination of pickup fees and a 20% re-stocking fee will be levied against the refund amount for the returned order. It is important to note that the original delivery fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the charges for both pickup and delivery are contingent upon your location and the quantity of plants involved.
  • Acknowledging that returns will only be accepted within the initial 48 hours is imperative.

 

PLANTS REPLACEMENT POLICY:

  • In the event of damage to your plant(s) or planter(s) upon arrival, we will promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Kindly inform us of any such issues within the initial 24-hour period by submitting a replacement request form, and we will expedite the dispatch of a replacement.
  • A replacement will be issued promptly and without charge if a potted plant in a Lechuza planter or clay pot succumbs within the initial 7 days or exhibits pest/disease-related concerns. Beyond the 7-day timeframe, a comprehensive replacement service is available for existing planters.
  • The Replacement Service encompasses acquiring a new plant, a pickup fee, a repotting service fee (including labor and materials), a delivery fee, and applicable sales tax for Florida residents. The fees are contingent upon location and plant size. To obtain a quote for the replacement service, kindly submit a replacement request via the designated form.
  • It is possible to select either the same type of plant or an alternative plant available for the previously purchased planter style/model from Green Balconies. The former plant will be removed, and the replacement delivered in a potted state.
  • If a plant in a nursery pot expires or manifests pest/disease issues within the initial 5 days, a replacement will be furnished at no cost. Post the 5-day threshold, no replacement discounts apply to plants acquired in nursery pots.

CANCELATION POLICY:

  • You'll receive a complete refund if you cancel your order before the delivery date.
  • If you cancel on the day of delivery, you'll get a full refund, but there's a $40.00 fee per plant for restocking. Please use the cancellation request form to let us know.

SUBSTITUTION:

We might need to temporarily replace a plant or pot because of weather or stock issues. If that happens, we'll get in touch with you and make sure the new items match the style and color you picked. We'll only substitute with things that are of the same or better value.
